Job Overview:

As a Head of Data Center, you will be responsible for developing and leading the Data Center & Cloud Services business. This involves creating a robust multi-cloud strategy, establishing leadership across Hyperscale, Sovereign, and AI Cloud domains, and providing strategic direction to scale the business and expand its market presence in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Define the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for Data Center Colocation, Managed Services, and Cloud Services businesses.
    • Provide long-term strategic direction to ensure growth and sustainability.
    • Establish the company's market position as a leading Data Center & Cloud Services player in India.
    • Develop strategies for market penetration, expansion into newer areas, and adoption of innovative business models.
    • Drive overall P&L and revenue for the business, ensuring achievement of order book, sales, profitability, and cash flow targets.
    • Oversee feasibility studies and capex planning for capacity augmentation.
  • Client Acquisition, Engagement & Management:
    • Acquire and manage strategic clients across Hyperscalers, Enterprises, Government, and other sectors.
    • Build long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
    • Engage with government bodies, enterprises, and other stakeholders for alliances and business opportunities.
    • Network extensively with clients, regulators, policy makers, consultants, and ecosystem partners.
    • Cross-leverage synergies across businesses to enhance overall organizational value.
  • Operations Leadership:
    • Guide solution design and delivery across Colocation, Managed Services, and Cloud Services.
    • Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and other platforms.
    • Lead large-scale cloud migrations and modernizations.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, industry, and company standards for cloud infrastructure and data security.
