Job Title: Construction Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to oversee the execution of Civil and Interior works projects.

  • Responsible for all aspects of construction, including stone cladding of façades, interior fit-out, finishes, FF&E, loose furniture, and MEP works.
  • Manage a team of engineers and supervisors to ensure quality control, safety protocols, and timely project completion.
  • Monitor work progress, report to senior management, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Civil and Interior works execution.
  2. Team management and supervision.
  3. Quality control and assurance.
  4. Schedule and target management.
  5. Material forecasting and procurement.
  6. Safety implementation and monitoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
