Role Summary:

Nandi Associates is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Project Coordinator to oversee and manage day-to-day operations at our civil construction sites.

This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Supervise and monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Oversee materials, equipment, and resources to ensure timely project completion.
  • Conduct site inspections, assess potential risks, and implement safety measures.
  • Document daily project activities, progress, and any changes in project scope.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide support for on-site construction teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in civil or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and quality control standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
