  • We are seeking an experienced construction estimator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed cost estimates for capital projects.
  • Advise on project economics, tendering procedures, and contract management.
  • Draft contract packages, including advice on amendments to standard forms.
  • Prepare pricing documents for tender packages.
  • Provide expert advice on tendering procedures.
  • Draft instructions to tenderers.
  • Develop evaluation criteria for commercial tenders.
  • Draft questionnaires for potential bidders.
  • Evaluate tenders and negotiate with contractors.
  • Determine amounts due to contractors for price variations.
  • Calculate claim amounts.
  • Prepare and submit monthly Cost Reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of QS & cost management processes, including drawing interpretation.
  • Chartered QS certification from a recognized organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and IT literacy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective collaboration and coordination with global teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
