Healthcare Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Outreach Specialist to lead and expand our patient engagement and public health efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in healthcare outreach, patient advocacy, or CSR programs (hospital/NGO) and strong communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati & English.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract new patients through NGOs, schools, colleges, clinics, community centers, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with doctors, hospitals, psychologists, and local healthcare providers for referrals.
  • Represent the organization in outreach events, mental health drives, and webinars to raise awareness.
  • Organize health awareness camps, community drives, and patient education sessions.
  • Build partnerships with clinics, NGOs, hospitals, and wellness centers.
  • Design and execute outreach campaigns to increase awareness and access to treatment.
  • Track outreach metrics and support CSR reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare outreach, patient advocacy, or CSR programs (hospital/NGO).
  • Experience in chronic disease, orthopedic, or rehab programs is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi, Gujarati & English), compassionate approach.
  • Familiarity with community healthcare or grassroots mobilization.
