Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and articulating transition strategies that support client business objectives. You will lead and manage end-to-end execution of global transition programs in accordance with HCL's Transition Methodology and Tollgates. This includes defining, monitoring, and controlling integrated transition program plans across workstreams such as knowledge transfer, IT solutions, quality and SLA, contract and change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and articulate transition strategy and implementation solution to support client business objectives
  • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of global transition programs in accordance with HCL Transition Methodology and Tollgates
  • Define, monitor, and control integrated transition program plan activities across workstreams – Knowledge Transfer, IT Solutions, Quality and SLA, Contract and Change Management

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • 10-18 years overall experience with at least 4-8 years' experience in independently managing complex transitions for global clients in F&A/SCM/Industry Verticals.
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Microsoft Project Professional/Smartsheet
  • Excellent client interfacing and relationship building skills
