Job Title: Business Excellence Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Excellence Professional to join Technip Energies Global Business Services. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in business excellence, process improvement, and project management. 

The Business Excellence Professional will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, identifying, and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead process improvement initiatives across the shared services function, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, process efficiencies, and service improvements

- Develop and maintain performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of shared services and drive continuous improvement

- Provide guidance and support to shared services teams to ensure that they are delivering high-quality services to internal customers

- Project Management experience using PMP/Prince 2

- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of shared services teams

- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure that the organization remains competitive and innovative in its approach to shared services.

Qualifications:

- B. TECH / MBA

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business excellence, process improvement, and project management

- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and service now (SNOW)

- Must be Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from premium institutes like ASQ, KPMG, Benchmark, or ISI.

- Excellent presentation skills

- Expert knowledge in excel, VBA

- Knowledge of Power APPs and Power Automate

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong leadership and coaching skills
