About This Role:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented enterprise lawyer to join our global legal team.

The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of the organisation's contractual arrangements with vendors, including related enterprise documentation. A strong drafter who thrives in an independent contributor environment is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage legal documentation across the company, ensuring agreements with counterparties are robust and compliant with applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of vendor management processes.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Procure appropriate legal templates and ensure their use.
  • Provide support to stakeholders as necessary, including liaising with external vendors to negotiate agreements.
  • Ensure overall compliance with applicable laws and regulations in our enterprise framework, including international sanctions, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, and corruption, and fraud.

Requirements for Success:

  • Experience in contract law and commercial law, with a focus on vendor and enterprise agreements, is essential.
  • Experience in intellectual property law is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
  • Business acumen.
  • Qualifications: Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction with 5-8 years of PQE.
