Real Estate Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team at Investinpro Realtech Private Limited. As a Telecommunications Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, introducing them to our real estate services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
The Role
Key responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our real estate services and schedule appointments.
- Explain the benefits of our properties and services to potential clients, highlighting our unique selling points.
- Answer questions about properties and provide additional information as requested, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a database of potential leads and follow up on them regularly to ensure maximum conversion rates.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls made, appointments scheduled, and conversions, providing regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors' offerings to effectively communicate our unique selling points and stay ahead of the competition.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding your targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
- You possess excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- You are a strong networker and relationship builder, with a passion for finding creative solutions to problems.
