We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our real estate team at Investinpro Realtech Private Limited. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and achieving sales targets by introducing our real estate services to potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients through telephone calls to introduce our real estate services.
  • Providing detailed information about our properties and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and unique selling points.
  • Answering questions about properties and providing additional information as requested to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a database of potential leads and following up on them regularly to maximize conversion rates.
  • Scheduling appointments for clients to meet with our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and a smooth sales process.
  • Keeping accurate records of all interactions with clients in our CRM system, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Meeting weekly and monthly targets for calls made, appointments scheduled, and conversions, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
  • Staying updated on market trends and competitors' offerings to effectively communicate our unique selling points and stay ahead of the competition.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in an Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Telesales role, preferably within the Real Estate industry.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding your targets, demonstrating your ability to drive results and achieve success.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure seamless collaboration and productivity.
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems, thinking outside the box to overcome challenges and achieve goals.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder, able to establish and maintain a network of contacts and partners to drive business growth.
