In this role, you will be working as a Process Orchestration Engineer in the Tech Mahindra organization, focusing on implementing process orchestration and workflow automation using Camunda. This position is based in Chennai/Hyderabad and requires approximately 8+ years of experience in process orchestration and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

">
  • ">
  • Implementing process orchestration logic to drive both choreographed and orchestrated workflows using Camunda.">
  • Designing and implementing microservice-based architectures and coordinating communication and data flow between microservices.">
  • Optimizing performance, resilience, and fault tolerance, as well as deployment configurations including integrations with CI/CD pipelines.">
  • Configuring the product for security and setting up monitoring dashboards to track process execution.">
  • Identifying bottlenecks, optimizing resource utilization, and improving process efficiency.">
  • Continuously enhancing process models based on data-driven insights.">
  • Familiarity with Camunda licensing and price calculus, as well as balancing cost optimization with performance.">
  • Working closely with development teams, bridging the gap between design and implementation, and facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous learning.">
  • Interacting with other Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise Platform teams to ensure that solutions are built in adherence with defined enterprise standards.">
  • Managing daily technical challenges and communicating with management if there are any risks or issues.">
  • Evaluating cloud service designs and alternatives to achieve desired balance of performance, risk, and cost.">
  • Managing programs and/or multiple projects, including simultaneous task assignments.">
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all management levels.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Approximately 8+ years of experience in process orchestration and workflow automation.">
  • Proficiency in Camunda BPMN modeling and execution.">
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, message queues, and event-driven architectures.">
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud platform for scalable deployments.">
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.">
  • Hands-on prototyping and direct dev experience required.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and operations.">
  • Stay informed about Camunda updates and best practices for process orchestration.">
  • Ability to deliver functionality incrementally adopting agile practices.">
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).">
  • Experience with IT projects in the Financial Industry.">
  • Experience with IT projects utilizing multiple technologies and frameworks, particularly agile/hybrid agile.">
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.">
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.">
  • Deep knowledge and experience of Microsoft Azure cloud platform and services in an enterprise environment.">
  • Prior experience with leading cloud native solution development initiatives.">
  • Experience with delivering effective strategies for cloud integration.">
  • Experience designing and implementing CI/CD toolchains leveraging Microsoft TFS, Git/SVN, Chef.">
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to define technology roadmaps and evaluate total-cost-of-ownership of solutions.">
  • Experience evaluating cloud service designs and alternatives to achieve desired balance of performance, risk, and cost.">
  • Experience managing programs and/or multiple projects, including simultaneous task assignments.">
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all management levels.">
  • Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.">

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
