The Role:

Sales Content & Playbook Developer - This role involves working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, analyst relationships, and technology teams to identify, build, maintain, and refresh sales content/playbooks – including customer references – in a structured, organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Customer References Program:
    • Develop and refine this service for maximum efficiency.
    • Establish client relationships to grow the number of approachable references within each account.
    • Create customer interview scripts and maintain compliant usage rights, branding, and meta-data.
    • Support the marketing team in capturing client testimonials.
    • Build a dynamic tool for the sales team to access client referees on demand.
  • Increase Case Study Relevancy & Frequency:
    • Establish relationships with account managers globally to continuously identify new case studies.
    • Sourcing new examples and maintaining relationships for a steady pipeline.
    • Serve the sales and bid teams with specific new case studies.
    • Feed suitable case studies to Marketing for website publication.
    • Maintain the case study library, taxonomy, cataloging, and review cadence.
  • Develop/Compile Sales Playbooks & Process Material:
    • Work with sales leadership and external consultancies to define and capture information, building easily referenceable content in multiple formats.
    • Identify new and upcoming content needs for sales/marketing collateral.
    • Publish battlecards and sales assets.

Key Success Measures:

  • Candidates should possess at least 10-12 years of experience with an understanding of sales and marketing processes.
  • Strong organization skills, able to define, plan, and execute efficiently.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills in US English.
  • Able to express ideas through clear business narrative writing, informative illustrations; clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint expertise.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
