ServiceNow Practice Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow practice head to lead our team in delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, industry trends, and market positioning.

The practice head will be responsible for driving delivery excellence, growing business in current accounts, and managing global responsibilities across US, Europe, UK, and APAC regions.

The successful candidate will have experience in handling multiple account management with profit and loss (P&L) responsibility and will be able to manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders in a global environment.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a matrix organization with excellent communication and networking skills. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business operations and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive delivery excellence through successful client implementation and high customer satisfaction (CSS) ratings
  • Grow business in current accounts through strategic planning and execution
  • Manage global responsibilities across US, Europe, UK, and APAC regions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and revenue growth
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of experience in IT services with 2-3 years in a ServiceNow practice leader role
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow ecosystem, industry trends, and market positioning
  • Experience in handling global responsibilities across multiple regions
  • Strong leadership and management skills with ability to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and networking skills with ability to work in a matrix organization
