We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in middle office operations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day activities of the trade support team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with the global trade & position life cycle team to ensure seamless communication and process execution.
- Analyze and resolve complex issues related to middle office activities and oversight control of outsourced activities.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including investment teams, traders, and external providers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in middle office operations, with exposure to various financial instruments.
- Strong knowledge of asset classes, workflows, settlements, and collateral management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent English language skills, with German or French a plus.
- Digitalization experience and automation skills, such as VBA or RPA, a real plus.
