Trade Finance Operations Specialist

Job Description:

The Trade Finance Operations Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day processing of collections, letter of credit, and bank guarantees as part of the trade operation team in Delivery Hub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet agreed customer service level agreements by handling transactions efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit, and regulatory requirements through effective management.
  • Support branch operations and sales staff to achieve excellent partnership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Adequate understanding of trade-related rules and guidelines.
  • Good knowledge of legal, credit, and operational risks associated with trade products/services.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Flexibility to work in late-night shifts.
