Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex operations transformation and margin improvement projects, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of business operations to identify opportunities for efficiency gains, cost reduction, and process optimization. Develop data-driven recommendations and actionable strategies to achieve measurable improvements.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Work closely with client stakeholders to understand their business challenges, align project objectives with organizational goals, and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers within client organizations. Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes, and influence strategic decisions that align with client objectives.
  • Team Management: Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
  • Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices within client organizations. Develop and deliver training programs to support the transition.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project progress and measure the impact of implemented solutions. Regularly report on project status, risks, and outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership in operations transformation and margin improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on operations transformation, process optimization, and margin improvement. Previous experience with a top-tier consulting firm (MBB) is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent project management capabilities: including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
