Job Title: Senior Content Manager

Overview:

The successful candidate will oversee the social media strategy and content distribution for a prominent fashion brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day posting, editing, and optimization of content on multiple social media platforms.
  • Master the brand's editorial voice and tone, adapting it to different platforms as needed.
  • Select high-quality visual content that engages audiences and drives brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the global social storytelling team to ensure seamless execution of content across all channels.
  • Integrate with the content/edit teams daily to provide guidance on story positioning and messaging.
  • Create and foster communities on social platforms, driving engagement and loyalty.
  • Plan, design, and implement successful social strategies around major events, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Manage social swaps with internal teams and external partners to expand the brand's reach.
  • Report on content performance and present insights and best practices to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital publishing environment.
  • Proven track record of growing social audiences organically and utilizing tools like Dash Hudson or Google Analytics.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for captions, headlines, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent organizational skills, focus, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate complex information quickly.
  • Experience with video editing and asset creation is a plus.
  • Must be able to work outside standard working hours occasionally.
  • Desirable: Experience working cross-culturally and proficiency in a second language.
