Junior Employer Branding Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Employer Branding Strategist to partner with our Global Recruiting Team and drive authentic storytelling that positions us as an employer of choice.

This exciting role will involve working at the intersection of Talent Acquisition and Marketing, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop engaging recruitment campaigns across digital and social channels.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop, as well as AI-driven design agents to scale creative assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with recruiters globally to understand hiring goals and translate them into compelling employer brand initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to develop engaging on-brand recruitment campaigns
  • Utilize AI tools to ideate, draft, and scale content that resonates with diverse audiences
  • Curate and amplify employee stories, culture content, and thought leadership across platforms like Instagram and career sites
  • Build and support internal communications, including employee referral campaigns and culture engagement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop, as well as AI-driven design agents
  • Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field within talent acquisition or communications
  • A social media mindset with a knack for creating content that drives engagement and builds community across platforms
