Job Title: Senior Administration Manager

About the Role

We seek a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to oversee all administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Oversight
    • Develop, implement, and maintain effective administrative policies and procedures.
    • Monitor administrative projects and ensure timely completion, meeting organizational goals and objectives.
    • Oversee facilities management and maintenance, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Lead, manage, and motivate the administrative team to achieve excellence in their roles.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop talent within the team.
    • Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment that promotes open communication and teamwork.
  • Budget Management
    • Develop and manage administrative budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and fiscal responsibility.
    • Monitor expenses, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters, providing exceptional customer service.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations on administrative metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, maintaining a proactive approach to risk management.
    • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks, protect organizational assets, and ensure business continuity.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to organizational requirements and standards.
  • Company Growth and Expansion
    • Support company growth and expansion initiatives through effective administrative strategies, driving business success and competitiveness.
    • Coordinate administrative support for new projects, offices, or business ventures, ensuring a seamless transition and integration.
    • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate expansion activities, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Administration Manager, Administrative Services Manager, or similar role, demonstrating leadership and management skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Sound knowledge of office procedures, operations management, and best practices in administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
