Clinical Coding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Coding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our coding team, you will be responsible for reviewing patient medical records and assigning accurate diagnosis and procedure codes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy & physiology, as well as proficiency with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and other coding systems.
You will also be responsible for performing chart audits to evaluate documentation insufficiencies, ensuring coded data adhere to payer and regulatory guidelines, and resolving queries with providers when medical records are unclear or missing needed details.

Required Qualifications:- Certification: CPC and/or CRC from recognized bodies.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree preferably in Life Sciences.
- Experience: 1-3 years coding experience in U.S. healthcare.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
