Job Role: Clinical Nutrition Specialist Role Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough nutritional assessments, designing personalized diet charts, and providing expert dietary guidance to individuals with lifestyle disorders.

  1. Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments of employees and patients to identify areas for improvement in their diet and nutrition.
  2. Design and implement tailored diet plans for employees with specific health needs, taking into account their lifestyle goals and occupational requirements.
  3. Provide expert advice on healthy eating practices, balanced menu planning, and proper hydration techniques to prevent illness and injury.
  4. Develop and implement nutrition programs to support employee well-being, energy levels, and overall productivity.
  5. Organize workshops, training sessions, and health talks on nutrition, workplace wellness, and stress management to educate employees and promote healthy habits.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
  • Registered Dietitian certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Clinical Nutrition Specialist, preferably in occupational health, hospital, or industrial healthcare settings.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition, occupational health nutrition, and preventive healthcare.
  • Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
 Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures for workplace nutrition and food safety.
  2. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists to design and deliver comprehensive nutrition programs.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Stay up-to-date with best practices in clinical nutrition, occupational health nutrition, and preventive healthcare.
