At ARMADA TECH, we're looking for a talented Tele Sales Professional to join our team in Chennai. As a Tele Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for generating sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a goal-oriented mindset. You'll be handling inbound and outbound sales calls, contacting potential or existing customers to inform them of our products and services, and answering queries about our offerings.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Handling sales calls with a positive attitude and being goal-oriented
  2. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them of our products and services
  3. Answering queries about our products or services
  4. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
  5. Scheduling promising leads and appointments for our direct sales team
  6. Following up on leads and converting them to site visits
  7. Directing prospects to our field sales team when needed
  8. Keeping records of calls and sales and noting useful information
  9. Maintaining a database of customers on a regular basis
  10. Suggesting solutions based on customer needs and requirements
  11. Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner

Ideal Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in telesales with good communication skills
  • The ability to commute or relocate to Maraimalai Nagar, Chennai
  • Fluent English is a must, and Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam are preferred
