Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our financial reporting and accounting efforts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing teams, driving process excellence, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of financial data, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Manage journal entries, accruals, provisions, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support audits, compliance, and financial analysis requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and control frameworks.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance management for the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A solid understanding of financial reporting, accounting, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
  • Ability to manage a team and drive performance.
  • Chartered Accountant certification.
  • 10–14 years of overall experience with at least 4–5 years in financial reporting and team leadership.
