Accounting Specialist Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to manage our financial records, handle day-to-day accounting operations, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. If you have a passion for accounting and want to join a dynamic team, please apply for this role.

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or equivalent).
  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries: receipts, payments, sales, purchases, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable.
  • Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in coordination with CA/consultant.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for management.
  • Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting.
  • Support documentation for property/land transactions, agreements, and legal filings (as required in real estate business).

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. They will also assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
  • 2–15 years of accounting experience (real estate or related field preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting tools.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
