Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in the implementation and adoption of data governance, security, and compliance solutions across enterprise environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage data governance, compliance, and risk management solutions.
  • Develop and enforce data classification, labeling, and protection policies across hybrid and cloud-native environments.
  • Configure and manage data loss prevention, insider risk management, records management, and eDiscovery tools.
  • Integrate with Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange for end-to-end compliance enforcement.
  • Assess current data estate, identify compliance gaps, and propose remediation strategies.
  • Support data cataloging, lineage tracking, and metadata management to strengthen governance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and deliver technical documentation, training, and adoption workshops.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in data governance, security, or information protection.
  • Strong expertise with data governance tools, including compliance manager, DLP, information protection, and records management.
  • Proven track record with sensitivity labels, retention policies, and data classification frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of data security and compliance capabilities.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, and SharePoint Online.
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks and ability to map them into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate or Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals.
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender and the wider security ecosystem.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale deployments, migrations, and compliance rollouts.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and governance workflows.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
