Job Description

The AI Governance Specialist plays a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing the strategic implementation and governance of artificial intelligence tools.

  • Data Privacy and Compliance: Ensure that AI models are trained on non-sensitive data and implement zero-retention policies to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Audit and Monitoring: Deliver comprehensive logs, compliance reports, and monitoring for AI usage to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Safety and Security: Implement guardrails and moderation tools to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze metrics, producing regular reports for leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve API calls, latency, and integration failures to ensure seamless operation of AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AI tools and oversee their overall governance.
  • Address and resolve issues related to AI functionality, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Ensure the security of the AI environment and its data by mitigating open business risks.
  • Enable AI tool functionalities for third-party applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
