Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in product/technology development and testing, particularly in home appliances such as dryers and refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing new wash system for washing machines and dryers
  • Applying analytical tools for USP development and algorithm development in home appliances
  • Identifying and resolving potential risks through design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMEA)
  • Troubleshooting and resolving system-level issues

Candidates should have strong theoretical knowledge of fluid dynamics and detergent chemistry, as well as good communication and project management skills.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should be willing to travel within India or internationally for short or long durations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in product/technology development and testing in home appliances domain
  • Knowledge of global energy and performance standards (AHAM, IEC 60456, IS Standards)
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of fluid dynamics and detergent chemistry
  • Good communication, project, and team management skills

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of system programming languages (Python preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of interfacing sensors (analog and digital)
  • Experience in design/CAD software and refrigeration/Air condition cycle
  • Exposure to six-sigma methodologies (black belt preferred)
  • Working experience with global teams
