Senior Paraplanner Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Paraplanner to join our elite remote team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-net-worth client strategies and contribute to the strategic development of advice solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in paraplanning or technical financial advice support roles, with a strong understanding of Australian financial advice regulations, compliance, and client strategy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Paraplanning & Advice Support: Prepare compliant, technically sound Statements of Advice (SoAs) and Records of Advice (RoAs), conduct detailed financial modelling, legislative research, and product analysis, and use XPLAN to construct advice documents in line with ASIC and licensee standards.
  • Strategy Paper Development: Build and draft comprehensive financial strategy papers, clearly outlining the rationale, benefits, risks, and implementation approach for recommended strategies.
  • Implementation & Client Workflow: Execute full pre-boarding, onboarding, and implementation of client strategies, manage rollovers, contributions, investment switches, insurance applications, and other advice actions from end to end, and communicate with clients and providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all implementation tasks.
  • Systems & Process Management: Use XPLAN for advice production and CRM tracking, leverage GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage workflows, automation, and communications, and identify and improve operational bottlenecks to drive efficiency.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in paraplanning or technical financial advice support roles.
  • A strong understanding of Australian financial advice regulations, compliance, and client strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing detailed strategy papers and advice narratives.
  • Advanced working knowledge of XPLAN (mandatory) and GoHighLevel (GHL) (preferred).
  • Excellent written English and technical communication skills.
  • Strong time management and task prioritisation skills.
  • Proven ability to take ownership, work autonomously, and deliver results at a high standard.
