Guest Relations Executive Job Description

We are seeking a Guest Relations Executive who embodies warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. This role involves creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Efficiently manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating to minimize wait times and maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Assist guests with menu queries, special requests, and dietary needs in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Build strong relationships with regular guests and recognize VIP customers to create a sense of belonging and loyalty.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Coordinate with service staff, kitchen, and management to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception/host area that reflects positively on our brand.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • A friendly, professional, and approachable personality that makes guests feel at ease.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or guest relations is highly desirable but not essential.
  • The ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities with ease.
