SolarWinds is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst FP&A to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of financial planning and business forecasting activities.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional who can provide high-quality end-to-end reporting and analytical services. As a Senior Business Analyst FP&A, you will be responsible for preparing monthly forecasts, full-year plans, and cost analysis models. You will also work closely with our finance team to identify areas for cost savings and implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with partner teams including Finance, CXOs, HR, and Program Managers.
- Understand the cost drivers within our cost base to provide insight to leaders.
- Prepare and review monthly forecasting and full-year plans.
- Analyze and model structural relationships (FTE, forecast, "what-if scenarios").
- Demonstrate proactiveness to take up broader org-level initiatives to improve overall process maturity.
- Resolve issues based on severity and work with other teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Drive cost efficiencies across the firm and own the cost pool.
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are being met and recommend better solutions wherever applicable.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
