Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional to join our team at Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our Corporate MIS / FP&A Team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and analysis to drive business growth and strategy execution.
">About the Role:
">This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and linking all planning and forecasting processes for business verticals. You will work closely with the Accounts Head of each business to analyze cost line-items and identify cost-saving measures. Your expertise will be instrumental in establishing frameworks for monitoring and tracking key financial and business metrics, highlighting key risks and attributers in business performance.
">Your Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate all planning and forecasting processes for business verticals">
- Analyze cost line-items and identify cost-saving measures">
- Establish frameworks for monitoring and tracking key financial and business metrics">
- Highlight key risks and attributers in business performance">
- Monitor and report on accounting process compliance with IND AS / IGAAP">
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow) and provide meaningful commentaries with recommendations">
- Utilize technology to align performance reporting of the business and establish performance metrics to drive strategy execution">
- Validate ROI frameworks for new and existing projects/programs, CAPEX to ensure sound financial decisions are made">
- Perform other related assignments as required by the Group">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A strong understanding of financial aspects such as key ratios, budgeting, costing, etc.">
- Excellent analytical skills with regard to financial statements and non-financial parameters">
- Good hands-on exposure in financial modeling">
- A deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs">
- Working experience in Corporate MIS / FP&A Team">
- Keen to learn and develop a thorough understanding of the external business environment for all verticals">
- Good working knowledge and presentation skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint">
- MBA Finance from reputable institutes">
- 7-9 years of post-qualification experience in similar roles">
Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (based on location)
