Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team at AKM Global in Mumbai. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and management reports to support business decision-making.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with excellent Excel skills and experience working with large datasets. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including senior management, to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities- Partner Function Budget: Prepare actual YTD and projections till Mar-25 basis actual, collate data from various functions for Budget for FY25, interact with various functions to understand and finalize function-wise Budget.
- Financial Service Budget Consolidation: Interact and key assumptions built in each Business Budget and comparison with Current year actuals, consolidate Business-wise Budget, break consolidated budget into Entity Budget, help in preparation of presentation for Budget to Board.
- Consolidation of Monthly and Quarterly MIS: Understand key variances from set KPIs for each Business and listing the reasons, prepare monthly MIS basis the actual financial accounts and Business-wise MIS, prepare actual P&L basis the actual financial for non-lending Business, help in preparation of presentation for Budget for management.
- Candidate with excellent Excel skill is must.
- Good interpersonal skills for dealing with various stakeholders/cross-function teams.
