Senior Officer, Safe Water Operations

Job Summary
The Senior Officer, Safe Water Operations will play a key role in supporting the daily operations and implementation of the Safe Water program. This includes overseeing the deployment, installation, and maintenance of water treatment devices, as well as coordinating with local teams, government bodies, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of the Safe Water program by supporting state and field-level teams in program activities.
- Coordinate the deployment, installation, and basic maintenance of water treatment devices in line with organizational protocols.
- Coordinate with vendors and local stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and distribution of program materials.
- Monitor daily operations at the local level to ensure that program activities meet performance and quality standards.
- Liaise with local government officials and partners to ensure alignment with government policies such as Jal Jeevan Mission.
- Manage the supply chain, monitor inventory levels, and ensure compliance with procurement processes.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any issues or challenges in implementation.
- Collect data and feedback from field teams and ensure accurate reporting on program activities and challenges to the Manager.
- Develop basic training materials and provide basic training to local field teams and contractors on the operation and maintenance of water treatment devices.
- Collaborate with local government bodies, including Jal Jeevan Mission officials, to align activities with government initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
