Agile Business Analyst - Scrum Master

About Our Client:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst who will facilitate Agile processes and ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both Scrum methodologies and business analysis techniques, enabling them to bridge the gap between development teams and stakeholders effectively.

- Overall 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment with at least 2+ years of proven experience.

- Experience in a Business Analyst role, with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.

- Familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.

- Familiarity with software development processes and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred.

- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
