Job Description

The role of the Senior Manager drives IT audit strategy across various entities, ensuring alignment with organizational risks and regulatory expectations.

It plays a critical part in strengthening internal controls, enhancing IT governance, and providing independent assurance through proactive risk identification and audit oversight in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

This involves owning the development and implementation of annual IT audit plans for Navi entities, ensuring they are responsive to and aligned with the organization's risk profile.

Additionally, this includes leading evaluations of IT infrastructure and establishing controls and audit procedures to identify areas of risk or non-compliance of various entities and map them with auditable entities/functions.

  • Implementing effective risk management practices to ensure Navi's business risks, operations, programs, systems, and controls are properly addressed.
  • Proactively identifying significant risks or exposures related to internal controls, compliance, and governance that require prompt attention from senior management.
  • Maintaining good relationships and working collaboratively with key stakeholders across various entities to achieve shared objectives.

  • Extensive experience in IT auditing and risk management with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and teams.
