Seeking a strategic Sourcing Risk Analyst to drive informed management decisions within the Bank's sourcing events. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of business priorities and requirements.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining a bank-wide end-to-end vendor management framework, ensuring compliance with group policies and standards.

Maintaining a full understanding of business priorities and requirements is crucial for best sourcing outcomes across the Bank.

  • Maintain a bank-wide end-to-end vendor management framework.
  • Partner with business functions to ensure adherence to bank-wide policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement divisional intra-group sourcing governance framework and process across Infra Divisions.

  • Evaluate and update intra-group sourcing agreements and risk assessment processes.
  • Develop strong network and partnerships within respective Infra divisions, Global Procurement, Divisional Control Officers, and 2LoD risk Type Controllers.
  • Drive implementation of remediation projects in support of regulatory/DB policy adoption into business divisions.
  • Partner with IVMO Vendor Management to establish intra-group risk profiles and measurements to Key Risk Indicators.

  • Experience in change execution.
  • Finance/Cost allocations experience valued.
  • Business case and benefits management.
  • Ability to diagnose improvement areas across processes, tools, and systems.
