Our firm is seeking a highly skilled Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with USA certification to join our accounting team. This role is designed specifically to support our US-based clients, providing comprehensive accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial consulting services in compliance with US GAAP, IRS guidelines, and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have robust knowledge of US accounting practices, tax laws, and reporting requirements. They will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements, handling US federal and state tax returns, managing and performing financial audits, internal controls reviews, and regulatory compliance assessments.
Additionally, the candidate will consult with clients regarding tax planning, financial strategy, and regulatory compliance, liaise effectively with US-based clients, manage expectations, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
- Handle US federal and state tax returns, ensuring accurate and timely filings.
- Manage and perform financial audits, internal controls reviews, and regulatory compliance assessments.
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), USA certification mandatory.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working directly with US accounting and taxation.
- Proficient understanding of US GAAP, tax laws, and IRS regulations.
