Senior Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the Senior Associate position. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions within agreed service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams by meeting service and quality standards.
  • Complete daily tasks within required service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, financial, and fund-specific procedures to minimize risk to the business.
  • Perform quality reviews to minimize rework and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Good understanding of relevant Superannuation legislation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software packages.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to generate creative solutions to address problems and commit to follow through.
