Global Claims Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Title: Global Claims Quality Assurance Specialist
The Global Claims Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for assisting Claims audit functions by providing support and expertise to all internal and external quality-related activities. The focus of the Global QA Framework is to improve claims outcomes through the QA cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identification of necessary claims initiatives and good practice
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and support the implementation of them
- Identify trends, themes, and risk-based focus areas
- Coordinating and managing communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest level of quality service
- Responsible for the flow of day-to-day operations and the production of QA Global Claims dashboards
- Analysing QA output and adding insights to monthly and quarterly summary reports
- Producing ad hoc reports as required by the Head of QA and other key stakeholders
Requirements:
· Demonstrates exceptional organisational skills in managing a high workload and multiple concurrent tasks/projects
· Possesses effective technical and operational claims expertise
· Proficient in MS Excel at an intermediate to advanced level
· Delivers excellent written output
· Meet set processing targets/ SLA
