Office Operations Manager

Job Description:

The Office Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end administrative activities related to setting up and managing offices across India. This includes infrastructure planning, vendor coordination, compliance adherence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations post setup.

This is a key role that requires strong project management, negotiation, and vendor management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate administration, preferably in multi-location setups.

The successful candidate will lead and coordinate office setup projects, identify and evaluate potential office premises, manage vendor selection, negotiations, and contracts, and ensure compliance with local municipal, legal, and safety requirements.

Additionally, the Office Operations Manager will monitor budgets and expenses, liaise with internal teams, external agencies, and landlords for smooth execution, establish facility management processes, maintain asset records, and support HR and Admin needs for new branch operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in corporate administration, preferably in multi-location setup projects.
  • Strong project management, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliances related to office setup.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
