Financial Management Expert

The role of the Financial Management Expert is to oversee the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage our financial data, perform budgeting and forecasting tasks, and maintain compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely MIS reports at district, regional, and national levels.
  • Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (Budget vs Actuals) for internal and donor reporting.
  • Manage revenue recognition and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Maintain hands-on knowledge of financial statements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including internal teams, funders, and auditors.
  • Handle donor audits.
  • Manage funder reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Collate, analyse, and present data to support decision-making.
