Solution Strategist


Description:

We're seeking a skilled Solution Strategist to drive the development of impactful proposals and solution narratives for large integrated deals.


This role is instrumental in shaping and articulating solution strategies tailored to client needs, combining domain expertise with data and AI capabilities.


The ideal candidate will bring a strong focus on visual storytelling, translating complex solution constructs into clear, compelling narratives and engaging presentations for Executive/CXO stakeholders.


The successful Solution Strategist will lead the creation of high-impact content, working closely with Insurance Solutioning Leaders, sales, delivery, and subject matter experts.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop strategic solutions that address client needs, incorporating domain knowledge, data insights, and AI-driven innovation.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposal narratives and visually appealing presentations.
  3. Translate technical concepts into accessible language, ensuring clarity and impact in executive-facing content.
  4. Maintain a library of reusable content assets, including case studies, solution overviews, and pitch decks.
  5. Edit and refine content for tone, grammar, and consistency, while maintaining a strong client focus.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in proposal writing or solution development, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, persuasive content.
  • Adept in leveraging AI tools for research and content development.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, with experience in proposal automation or content management tools a plus.
  • Independent working and managing in a multiple stakeholder environment to create high-quality proposal documents.

Education & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Familiarity with APMP best practices or certification.
  • Expertise in content creation through Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills and understanding of business presentation design principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with global teams and navigating multi-geography proposals.
