Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical lead to spearhead the development of scalable full-stack applications.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js, as well as excellent leadership skills to drive team collaboration and productivity.

As a senior full-stack developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust backend microservices and dynamic UI components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development throughout the entire software development lifecycle
  • Design and develop scalable and maintainable technical solutions
  • Ensure high code quality through peer reviews, mentoring, and enforcing coding best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, product owners, and QA teams
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Backend: Core Java 5+ years, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs
  • Frontend: React.js 4+ years, JavaScript, Redux, Webpack
  • Strong leadership skills to drive team collaboration and productivity
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
