Job Title

Electrical Engineer - Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer to assume the role of Project Lead, focusing on electrical design, product development, and project execution within the automotive, battery, or EV sector.

This position is ideal for an experienced engineer with strong expertise in electrical engineering, capable of leading design execution from project kickoff to production start.

The successful candidate will develop product requirements, prototype samples, cost estimates, and testing plans, while managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams through all phases of project execution, from design to production.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to meet product requirements and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including suppliers and manufacturing, to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (minimum).
  • 7+ years' experience in automotive, battery, EV sensor, or related product environment.
  • Strong communication skills – fluent in English (written & spoken).
  • Proficient in technical report writing and public speaking.
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment/tools for development, testing, and validation.
  • Expertise in circuit design, schematic layout, and DFM for PCBAs with contract manufacturers.
  • Skilled in the design of experiments and product validation testing.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
