Electrical Design Leadership Opportunity

The role of Electrical Design Manager is crucial in delivering high-quality, cost-effective engineering solutions to customers.

  • Develop and implement plans to meet contractual targets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure the team adheres to standard processes, procedures, practices, and safety requirements.
  • Conduct performance reviews for team members to assess their growth and development.

For this position, the ideal candidate should hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and possess 5+ years of experience in leading electrical and mechanical project engineering applied to power transformers and shunt reactors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take technical ownership of work within own area of responsibility.
  • Hold regular progress reviews and identify technical issues that need attention.
  • Define operating guidelines and development strategies for direct reports to ensure their success.

As an Electrical Design Manager, one will be responsible for:

  • Creating work plans and cost estimates for work in own area of responsibility.
