We are seeking driven and ambitious individuals to join our sales team as Inside Sales Interns. Successful interns will have the opportunity to build a rewarding career in sales, with a performance-based pre-placement offer after 3 months.
About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Intern, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective parents through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to explain our programs and convert leads into enrollments. You will also handle inbound queries and follow up consistently, achieving weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining lead data and reports on CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and partners.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and parent engagement.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
