  5. Maintain Market Intelligence on Customers Within the Region
  6. BUILD A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF CUSTOMER BUSINESS PRIORITIES AND CHALLENGES
  7. Establish and Nurture Value-Added Relationships Within the Core Account Team and Customer Domain
  8. Ensure Seamless Onboarding Experience for New Clients
  9. Oversee Billing Processes and Ensure Payment Collection from Customers
  10. Develop and Maintain Prioritized List of Target Customers
  11. Negotiate, Maintain, and Update Tariffs on Technology-Backed Tariff Management Shipment Booking Portal
  12. Build and Maintain Relationships with Senior Management at Client Businesses
  13. Finalize Contracts with Key Clients Ensuring Establishment of SLAs for Fulfilling Each Client's Long-Term Goals
  14. Contribute to Generating New Sales and Building Long-Lasting Relationships with Clients
  15. Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) for Critical Customers
Qualifications & Competencies
  • MBA with 5-8 years of experience in sales.
