Product Management Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Management leader to drive the development and launch of trade-related financial products. As Assistant Vice President, Product Management Trade, you will be responsible for leading a team of product managers, developing product strategies that align with business goals, and ensuring successful product launches.

Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of trade-related products.
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
Requirements
  • 14-15 years of experience in product management, preferably in the trade or finance sector.
  • Strong understanding of trade finance products and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of managing product development and launching successful products.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
