Lead Commercial Real Estate Branch Office

The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, leadership skills and ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining operational efficiency.

  1. Strategic Business Leadership & P&L Management

  3. Property Inventory Management & Operations Optimization
  4. Human Resources & Administration Oversight
  5. Financial Coordination and Planning

Requirements:

  • 10–15 years of overall experience with at least 4–5 years in a city level leadership role managing sales and support functions
  • Experience in commercial real estate or related industries such as co-working / managed office operators, corporate facility management services, business centers / commercial interior solutions, or city operations heads from high-involvement services

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong team leadership and hands-on management style
