SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and configuring core SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules: EC, RCM, ONB, and PMGM.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional/technical solutions.
  • Handle day-to-day operational issues and configuration changes in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven hands-on experience with configuration and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules: EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM.
  • Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors system architecture and data flow across modules.
  • Working knowledge of LMS and reporting tools like Story Reports, Ad Hoc Reports, or Canvas is a plus.
